About Broadwater Cricket Club

Broadwater Cricket Club, formed in 1771, holds the distinction of being Worthing’s oldest cricket club and remains a cornerstone of the local sporting community. After being crowned West Sussex Invitation League Champions and earning promotion to the County League in 2016, the club continued its rise with back-to-back promotions in 2017 and 2018, reaching Division 3 of the county pyramid.

Today, Broadwater fields three Saturday League teams, with its 1st XI in Division 4 West, the 2nd XI in Division 9 West, and the 3rd XI in Division 12 West (South). The club also runs a vibrant junior programme, fielding teams at U14, U13, and U11 levels for both boys and girls. Known for its competitive spirit, welcoming atmosphere, and strong community values, Broadwater Cricket Club offers opportunities for players of all ages and abilities, as well as for volunteers who want to be part of a club that prides itself on being far more than average.

So helpful - Steve was so patient while I chose my new front door - which was installed by PBM Exteriors who recommended MLI. I cannot emphasise how much my new and very contemporary front door makes the house look so modern and 'new'. Just huge thanks for great service and an amazing grey anthracite grey front door and side panels!
